Always test aquariums dKH before using this product.
To Raise Carbonate Hardness (KH) :
Add one teaspoon (10ml) to a one cup of fresh water and dissolve per 50 gallons of aqaurium water daily to reach an alkalinity of 2.9 to 4.2 meq/l or 8 -12 dKH.
To maintain KH: Add one ½ teaspoon to two cups of fresh water per 25 gallons once a week to maintain an alkalinity of 2.9 to 4.2 meq/l or 8 -12 dKH. Always add mixed buffer to a high flow area of aquarium or to sump. Wait 30 minutes before testing new Alkalinity (dKH)
Note: Test KH Frequently!, More or less Reef dKH Concentrate may be needed.
